1. All participants should arrive in Plovdiv, Bulgaria no later than May 22, 2005. The official registration shall take place on May 22, 2005 from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The official drawing for the preliminary audition will take place on May 22, 2005 at 6:30 PM, Academy of Art for Music & Dance building, 39 Saborna Street, Old City, Plovdiv, Bulgaria.
2. May 22, 2005 begins piano practice with accompanist at the same building, and it will depend from the contestant’s arrival and audition time.
3. Every participant is responsible to bring his/her singing material along with a clear copy for the accompanist.
4. All laureates are required to perform on the gala concert with orchestra. Appropriate attire is mandatory.
5. All travel and accommodation expenses are the participants’ responsibilities. However, IAMF will try to help with travel and hotel accommodations as long as the foundation has been contacted well in advance.
6. IAMF shall provide multi lingual support for the participants.
7. IAMF holds all copyrights over any audio and video recordings and the power to negotiate in the benefit of the participants and the foundation.
8. By signing the application every applicant is acknowledging and adopting the IAMF rules and regulations for participation in “Puldin 2005” Competition for Operatic Artists, Plovdiv, Bulgaria.
