Eligibility

A. Ladies applicants must be at least 20 and under 30 years of age in the year of the competition: 2005.
B. Gentlemen applicants must be at least 22 and under 32 years of age in the year of the competition: 2005.
C. Registration applications are considered invalid unless all of the following is included in the same envelope:

(1) If you are in the country of Bulgaria at the time of application filing please include:

   a. A copy of a bank wire in the sum of 50.00 USD, or 80.00 Bulgarian leva non- refundable registration   fee payable to:

   b. Copy of applicant’s birth certificate, or passport as evidence of birth date;

   c. Two black and white professional 6x4 inches ( 15x10 centimeters ) photographs of the applicant;

   d. Signed and sealed letter(s) of recommendation in English or Bulgarian languages.

(2) If you are outside the country of Bulgaria at the time of filing the application please include:

   a. A $50.00 (US dollars only) personal check, certified bank check or money order non -refundable registration fees payable to Inter-Atlantic Music Foundation, Main office;

   b. Copy of applicant’s birth certificate, or passport as evidence of birth date;

   c. Two black and white 6x4 inches ( 15X10 centimeters) professional photographs of the applicant;

   d. Signed and sealed letter(s) of recommendation in English or Bulgarian languages.

Applications must be postmarked no later than April 25, 2005. Inter-Atlantic Music Foundation is not responsible whatsoever for any lost in the mail applications, therefore mailing should be send as registered, or certified only.
All applicants must audition in person. Recordings of any kind will not be accepted.
